Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I specialize in trauma-related disorders and anxiety, helping clients work through the weight of past experiences, daily stress, and patterns that feel difficult to change.

My methods are rooted in Gestalt therapy and also draw from cognitive-behavioral, experiential, and EMDR approaches. This blend allows us to explore how past experiences shape the present, while also developing practical tools for healing and growth.

I aim to help you move beyond symptom management toward deeper self-awareness and lasting change. In this process, new choices and possibilities can emerge.
