I bring a deep sense of dedication to every client I work with. I believe meaningful progress comes from consistency, effort, and a genuine commitment to growth—both from myself and the individuals I support. I approach each session with intention, ensuring my clients feel heard, respected, and actively supported in working toward their goals.
My therapeutic style is warm, friendly, and approachable, helping clients feel at ease from the very beginning. I value building authentic relationships and creating a space where people can show up as their full selves without judgment. Alongside this, I embrace a bit of quirkiness in my personality, which often helps break down barriers and makes the therapeutic process feel more human, relatable, and engaging.
I use a blend of solution-focused, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to guide my work. This means I meet clients where they are, focus on their strengths, and collaborate on practical, forward-moving strategies. At the same time, I help clients explore patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, equipping them with tools to create meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of the office you will likely find me spending time with my dogs. We enjoy being couch potatoes, going for mini outdoor adventures (we all get tired though), and trying new things to snack on! I love arts and crafts, sewing, drawing, and photography as well. Creating something new is invigorating to me, and much like in my work, I love watching things grow!
