At PCC, we provide a comprehensive approach to psychiatric and therapeutic services, placing emphasis on physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing. Our experienced clinicians and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners work with you to find solutions that are supported by evidence based practices to meet your needs. Medication Management Process
Intake/Evaluation: One of clinicians or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners will provide an initial evaluation to gain insight on symptoms and medical history.
Treatment: Medication and therapeutic supports may be prescribed as appropriate as you work with your provider to explore recommendations and to facilitate your understanding of treatment options, benefits, and any medication side effects.
Medication Monitoring: If medication is prescribed, your psychiatric provider will work with you to track symptoms and side effects to promote effective practices. Your provider will need to meet with you regularly to assist with symptom management and progress.
Collaboration: We take an integrative approach with medication management as we bridge therapy services to promote comprehensive best practices for a healthy wellbeing.
